Dividend Activation

Necron Amulets are inactive by default.

To activate profit participation:

• a minimum amount of $SOUL must be locked into the Amulet

• the Amulet must remain activated for the full profit cycle

Without the required $SOUL lock, an Amulet does not participate in profit distributions.

Dividend Points Formula

Eligible profit participation is calculated using the following principle:

Dividend Points ∝ Rarity Multiplier × √(Locked SOUL)

This formula:

• rewards higher rarity

• incentivizes meaningful commitment

• introduces diminishing returns on additional $SOUL

Rarity Multipliers

Each Necron Amulet rarity carries a predefined multiplier that affects its dividend point calculation.

Higher rarity increases profit participation weighting but does not guarantee higher returns.

$SOUL Locking Parameters

To activate profit participation, a minimum amount of $SOUL must be locked into a Necron Amulet for the full profit cycle.

Ancient Necron Amulets are always eligible for profit participation and do not require a minimum $SOUL lock.

Maximum $SOUL Lock Cap

Each Necron Amulet has a maximum amount of $SOUL that can be locked into it. Locking additional $SOUL beyond this cap is not permitted.

Locking $SOUL up to the defined cap increases dividend points according to the formula.

Diminishing returns ensure that increased commitment improves participation without enabling disproportionate dominance.
