# Tireless Workers

Tireless Workers are gameplay-focused NFTs that originated during the early phase of the Necro League project. They represent the first on-chain assets tied to the Necro League universe and remain an important part of the ecosystem’s foundation.

As the project evolved, the role of Tireless Workers was intentionally redesigned to better align with the studio-first philosophy and long-term sustainability goals outlined in this whitepaper.

#### Role in the Redesigned Ecosystem

In the current system, Tireless Workers are **gameplay and progression assets**, not financial instruments.

They are designed to:

* provide in-game bonuses and enhancements
* support progression and efficiency
* reflect long-term player commitment
* maintain relevance across multiple titles where appropriate

Tireless Workers do **not** provide profit participation and are not tied to studio revenue or financial performance.

### Legacy Recognition

Tireless Workers represent early belief in the Necro League vision.

While the ecosystem has evolved significantly, these assets remain integrated in a way that:
