Phase 1 — Foundation & Transition

(Q1 2026)

This phase focuses on establishing the redesigned ecosystem and preparing for public-facing launches.

Key objectives:

• Release updated whitepaper

• Publish ecosystem infographics and documentation

• Communicate structural changes across all channels

• Finalize SOUL contracts and tokenomics

• Execute SKULLY snapshot(s) and transition mechanics

• Prepare Necron Amulet Shards distribution and mint

• Begin large-scale marketing campaign for the first game

Phase 2 — Game Launch & Ecosystem Activation

(Q1–Q2 2026)

This phase introduces the first playable product and activates core ecosystem utilities.

Key objectives:

• Launch Necro Kingdom

• Onboard initial player base

• Deploy Necron Amulet Shards mint window

• Enable Necron Amulet minting

• Activate SOUL locking and Amulet activation mechanics

• Begin Tireless Workers upgrade functionality

• Establish initial SOUL liquidity

Phase 3 — Expansion & Iteration

(Q2–Q3 2026)

This phase focuses on refinement, retention, and ecosystem feedback.

Key objectives:

• Release game updates and content expansions

• Iterate on gameplay systems based on data

• Optimize in-game monetization

• Monitor and adjust ecosystem mechanics

• Explore access-gated features and events

• Evaluate the performance of the first Seasonal Campaigns

Phase 4 — Growth & Future Development

(Late 2026 and Beyond)

This phase represents the longer-term vision of Necro League as a multi-title studio.

Key objectives:

• Begin development of more complex, higher-scope titles

• Expand studio operations and capabilities

• Introduce additional ecosystem integrations

• Explore Necropolises and other future assets

• Continue refining sustainability and scalability
