## A Studio-First Web3 Gaming Ecosystem

Necro League is a studio-first Web3 gaming ecosystem built around real games, sustainable ecosystem design, and long-term alignment between players, collectors, and the studio itself.

The project is centered on its mobile games like [**Necro Kingdom**](/whitepaper/necro-kingdom.md) **-** a dark fantasy mobile RPG currently in development where players build and command a kingdom through forbidden magic in a hostile, collapsing world. This game — and future titles developed by the studio — form the foundation of the ecosystem’s value.

After an experimental early phase, Necro League has undergone a comprehensive structural redesign. The new system moves away from inflationary rewards and speculative incentives, replacing them with a clearer separation between gameplay, activation, access, and campaign participation.

The ecosystem introduces:

* [**Tireless Workers**](/whitepaper/ecosystem/tireless-workers.md), gameplay-focused legacy NFTs with long-term utility
* [**$SOUL**](/whitepaper/ecosystem/usdsoul.md), a fixed-supply activation and access token
* [**Necron Amulet Shards**](/whitepaper/ecosystem/necron-amulet-shards.md), a limited distribution mechanism and progression layer for future Amulet redemption
* [**Necron Amulets**](/whitepaper/ecosystem/necron-amulets.md), scarce premium assets with in-game perks, gated access, social status, and eligibility for seasonal campaigns.
* [**Future expansions**](/whitepaper/ecosystem/future-expansion-assets.md), including land-based assets and additional games

Necro League combines mobile-first game development with a layered Web3 ecosystem built around progression, activation, access, and community participation.

There are no guaranteed rewards, no emissions-based yields, and no promises of financial returns. Participation requires deliberate commitment, active involvement, and acceptance of risk.

This whitepaper outlines the redesigned Necro League ecosystem, its guiding principles, and the systems that support long-term sustainability, transparency, and trust.
