Necron Amulets may be eligible to receive a share of Necro League’s net studio profits.

• 50% of net studio profits are allocated to eligible Necron Amulets

• Profit distributions occur on a periodic basis

• If no profit is generated during a period, no distribution occurs

Profit participation is based on dividend points, not on ownership alone.
