SOUL has multiple clearly defined utilities within the Necro League ecosystem.

1️⃣ Activation of Necron Amulets

The primary use of SOUL is to activate Necron Amulets for profit participation.

  • SOUL must be locked into a Necron Amulet to activate dividend eligibility

  • Locked SOUL determines dividend points through a diminishing-returns formula

  • SOUL can be unlocked at any time, subject to consumption mechanics

Without SOUL, Necron Amulets remain inactive.

2️⃣ Gameplay-Linked Utility

SOUL is used to unlock optional gameplay-related features across Necro League titles.

These include:

  • exclusive cosmetic items and skins

  • access-gated content

  • special in-game items with non-financial utility

SOUL used in these systems is consumed or locked, creating long-term demand without affecting gameplay balance.

3️⃣ Tireless Workers Upgrades

Tireless Workers can be upgraded using SOUL.

  • Upgrades permanently enhance gameplay-related capabilities

  • Upgrades are irreversible

  • SOUL used for upgrades is consumed or locked

  • These upgrades do not affect profit participation mechanics

This creates a long-term SOUL sink directly tied to gameplay engagement.

4️⃣ Access and Permissions

SOUL may be required to unlock:

  • early access to features or content

  • participation in limited ecosystem events

  • gated sales or expansions

  • creator rights

Access-based utility allows SOUL to function as a permission layer rather than a reward token.

More usabilities will come in the future as we release more titles and the ecosystem grows

What SOUL Is Not

To avoid misinterpretation, SOUL is explicitly not:

  • a yield-generating token

  • a play-to-earn currency

  • a dividend token

  • a governance token with mandatory voting

  • a guarantee of profit

SOUL enables access and activation; it does not create value on its own.
