Tireless Workers can be upgraded using SOUL.
These upgrades:
permanently enhance the Worker’s in-game capabilities
are irreversible
require SOUL consumption or locking
do not affect profit participation mechanics
This system creates long-term utility for SOUL while giving Tireless Workers a progression path that extends beyond cosmetic value.
